so still having the over heating problem. ive put new thermostat (from ford) and new reservoir cap .
takes about 20 mintues of idling then fans slowly creep up speed then eventually go full blast after full speed temp starts rising past half way point which is when i shut it off. no leaks, has coolant.
not sure what the problem. water pump/headgasket? hope not head gasket
if anyone could share some light on this it would be great tomorrow im taking it in to dealership to get checked out and fixed

First suspect is always bleeding the cooling system.
Then, is your waterpump flowing? Quick check: is the hose from the cool side(outlet) of the radiator getting hot? Or at least warm. If not, that indicates a lack of flow.
Your fan control does not know the coolant temperature in the radiator, only that the coolant at the sensor is too hot.
