Default Faulty Cigar Lighter, '01 S Type

OK I've read a few similar related posts but this is a little odd. The Sirius sat. radio plug in the cigar lighter works only when the interior of the car warms up which is a good indication that it's metal expanding and contracting with the temp. Previous posts have suggested that auxillary plugs don't work too good in the cigar socket so what might be a alternative? And where would I look to purchase a sleave? (which might not work either but worth a try). Any thoughts or comments on this???

I would pull the fuse, take small pick tool and bend the tabs inward a little bit in the socket. See if that solves the problem.
