I would not use that Pentosin fluid.
OK, it is probably suitable, and a lot of the "Aftermarket" oil companies are upgrading their product specs constantly to get more of the "owner service market" $$, BUT, I work in that industry, and the catalogues are soooooo wrong it is scary. Then add the scenario that if something goes AWOL, YOU foot the bill to put it write.
I run Synthetic Dex in all the Jags, in the steer and trans. I also use it in other owners Jags I care for at home. Synthetic oils are a direct use for mineral, and will mix without any issues. The only exception here is brake fluid, so I am told.

The only S-Type that had a special fluid was the 2000MY introduction year that had the Ford rack (ESSO 998). It also required a vacuum devise to bleed air from the system. The ZF rack in later years was self bleeding and used normal Dexron as stated.
Pentosin 11S is good for the hydraulic top reservoir in the X100 conv. or Audi/VW steering systems.
