Front Marker Lamp Removal

Please can anyone help with what should be a fairly simple task?
I need to change a bulb on a front marker lamp on an '06. Do I need to remove belly panel / air close out to get access from underneath? Or is the housing removable from the outside without access to the rear? I don't want to force anything and risk braking the tabs that probaby secure the lamp.
Thanks

It's fairly easy to remove/replace that bulb. The instructions from my Owners Manual are as follows:
Remove the light unit by pressing the lens downwards to compress the spring clips. Gently ease the top of the lens from the bumper and remove the complete unit. Twist the bulb holder anti-clockwise and remove the holder and bulb from the lens. Fit a new bulb of the correct type, W5W. Refit the bulb holder, complete with bulb, to the lens unit. Press the unit into the recess until it clicks into place.

I had an interesting Saturday though. I took my S-Type into the dealer for a required emissions inspection expecting to pay about $40 or so. When I went to the cashier, they said no charge as they were running a clinic that day. Also, they had donuts available. They did try to make it up by saying I needed a new air filter and a side marker. Total parts and labor $170. I politely declined and got a new filter for $17.10 and a new lamp for the above mentioned $5.00.
It helps to do your own labor and investigation. My guess is that they think the typical Jaguar owner doesn't like to get his/her hands dirty and will pay dearly for the convenience.

Here's a few pics of the left-rear I swapped on a MY-03 S-type, maybe it helps to see what you are dealing with. As is evident...the spring clips will break. FWIW, installation is a breeze, so when you get it out, you are WAY over 1/2 done
