Fuel surge on warm up?

I've been reading one of the JF downloads about a software update for this problem. On warm up the car mildly surges on small throttle openings between 40 and 50.
Is this a main dealer only software update?
Just for information I have changed all the "lug nuts" today for some solid wheel nuts with heavy chrome plate. I managed to clean up the locking wheel nuts using a Dremmel with wire brush attachement and good old fashioned metal cleaning polish.
I've given the 16" Spirit wheels two good clean ups using silicone polish.
I use the same brand of polish on all alloy wheels and it builds up over time to give a long lasting finish. It's nothing fancy it's household furniture polish but it works very well. Tried and tested.
I spray it on the cloth and not on the wheel !!!!! Any contamination on the discs and the brakes will not work.
2 out of the 3 sets of xenon headlight bulbs have arrived by mail, as soon as I receive the other set I'll fit them all in one go.
After easter I will sort out the ABS problem. Now I know the wheel nuts come off.
