Thumbs up Gauge on dash " OVERHEAT"

My temperature gauge on dash shows my Jag is overheating.
I have a 2003 S-type V6
Thermostat has been replaced.
Upper radiator hose has been replaced.
Air intake sensor beem replaced.
Codes have been addressed as well.
The car doesn't shut down when the needle shoots to the red just goes back and forth from the red to midway piont like normal.
However water does evaporate from my radiator. Antifreeze did help.

SHOULD I GET AN OIL CHANGE?
Can the oil be a cause of overheating?
Is it a FUSE?Is it a sensor gone bad?

"Also my drivers side window came off track any D.I.Y. pointers on how i can safely put the window back on track or at the very least in the up position?"

If water is "evaporating", you have a leak and that may be your problem. Pressure test with blue dye and you'll find it.

You have a leak somehow. Either its leaking externally or internally. If you don't smell it and don't have any visibly leaking.. it might be a bad gasket allowing it to be pulled into the engine.

Get the die and have it pressure tested.
