RE: getting and s-type soon
Why you asking me specifically????? Maybe cuz I am 22 I'm guessing?? Anyways, I have a friend that just got his Visa a year ago. I am guessing you first have to get an SSN. When you get an SSN then can youfill out an application for a credit card.A credit card is the best way to build your credit. Or you can ask MARCUS for money. He is loaded. Heck the least he can do is Co-sign for you!! Seriously other thanwhat I said about credit cards, I am clueless on the matter.

ALSO don't mess with DIRECTV or AOL they lower your credit if you f**k with them. I was 13 when I got an AOL CD with 1,000 hours free online.Since 13 to 18 I had bad credit. I couldn't even get a cell phone. I had one of those crappy trac phones that never worked right. Maybe that was more than you needed to know. But anywayspost a thread in the "off topic" section of how you can build your credit.

jttay jttay jttay i keep loging on and seeing this post. credit takes time, if everyone could go get a visa and have good credit in 6 months half the world would own bentlys.
I am also 22.I have worked my *** off to get a 708 credit score. I havea mortgageand the bills that come with it for the past 3 years(I have not missed one payment).I wasin the mid to high 6's for thefirst2 years i owned myhome.
bottom line isfor normal people credit takes time, even if you have a co-signer you are still a risk. An even higher risk if you arefinancing a car over 5 years old.6 months of paying1 credit card is not goin to determine your interest rate, nore make your credit good enough to buy whatever you want.
