These Jaguar cooling systems are extremely vulnerable to overheating given even the slightest leak, and that can absolutely kill your engine. I wouldn't risk trying a stop-leak product. I would repair or replace the radiator if you in fact know it is leaking....

I advise against it. Replace the radiator as suggested.

Their purpose is for temporary absolute emergency fix only when there's no alternative.

Don't use it. Miracle in a can never works.

Fix the problem that is causing the leak.

Across many threads and topics, the consensus is: No "snake oil" for these cars.

Welcome to the forum glynbob,

The replies so far all advise against 'stop leak' additives. I doubt you will find many, if any, on the forum recommending these products as an alternative to repair or replacement.

If cost is the main concern in considering this course of action, there are several specialist Jaguar breaker in the UK who should have a good used radiator available.
