I did a search looking for the part number for the Goodyear gatorback belt for the super charger on my STR. I found a Gatorback 4080515 listed for the 4.2 XTR but wasn't sure if it was the same for the STR?
Anyone know what part number it is? I assume it will fit the 3# pulley as well since the tenisioner seams to make the stock one work? I want to keep slip to a min.
BTW the car feel much stronger with the new pulley even in our hot weather! Hope the air will cool off to get a new dyno. It's in the mid 80s here by 9am now

qwikcat, ya feel the torque come in sooner eh? What year is yer STR? In 05 the pulleys were changed and went to a double sided rib belt. The single sided ribbed belt is GoodYear # is 4080520 but this was discontinued due to change to double sided ribbing. It still can be had on EBay for approx. $40. Just punch in "Supercharger belt for Jaguar S-Type R". Jag79 led me this route.

I hate how the mobil won't post your sig. Mine is an 03.
Yea it feels much more responseive and a lot TQ with the new boost. I am curious to see how it looks on the dyno. Most roots blowers make about 6-8 hp per psi of boost with an upper pulley at the wheels so should be 15-25 rwhp if the heat didn't kill it. Hope to have time to get the water inj on so I can try that on and off on the dyno as well. Nos soon after and then I have an idea on how to tune the ecu now that I am going to try
