Got the Auto Enginuity Software today.... time to figure this car out...

I am borrowing a copy of the A/E software today(thanks again Matt!). Hopefully this week i'll be able to take a peak and see why the hell my car is underperforming performance wise. The main things that I'd like to take a look at are:
-hot much is my hot air intake hurting me (unshielded conical filter in the engine bay)
-what is the air to fuel ratio?
- am I shooting too much alky injection into the car causing it to be rich?
-how much air is this thing moving? Is my re-geared blower working? Is the HP being killed by retarded timing due to IAT's?
-will my 625 nozzle be ideal or is the 375 a better choice?
-what are the iat's at various speeds and pre/post accelleration
I'll try to get on this as soon as I can to help you guys out with info. I'm finishing a bathroom remodel and working a normal schedule so things are a little hectic....
Also, how many grams per second of air are you guys seeing these cars move with an unported blower?

you've raised a lot of very good questions (especially about alky & IAT). What answers did you get?
