Had enough about to strip car out for parts
I have found problem with my 2004 s type
turns out to be wire from ignition to starter motor
Problem i have is can not tell which wires are what
ignition lock is being a pig can't get it out
Dont mean the barrel
Closest auto electrician is 200 km away
Cant find anything on what color wires are what
like power acc start
also seem to be two plugs going to ignition
Any help would be appreciated
Before i call it a day and give up on car for good
Thanks

How about the details in the Electrical Guide - free download here or JagRepair.com - Jaguar Repair Information Resource

Usually that wire doesn't go from ignition to starter. It goes from ignition to immobilizer, then another wire connects from immobilizer to starter motor. So you could have an immobilizer fault.
I recently fixed a Ford Focus with a similar problem. It had blown a fuse on the immobilizer supply. It wouldn't hurt to check your fuses. If that doesn't fix the problem, follow the link suggested to electrical info and start a slow and steady diagnosis procedure.
Don't give up. Anything is possible with enough determination and patience.
