Was looking under the car and did not even notice when I changed the
headlights after removing the front bumper. Now I was checking to see
where the jack points were and noticed the entire tray is missing. So I
went online and ordered from Jaguar Parts and Accessories | JaguarMerriamParts.com
Turned out the part number and tray are hard to find on their site and
the one I ordered did not match my VIN. They sent an email stating that
do to the size of the pan, no free shipping. Pan only cost $144 but add
shipping through Fed-Ex and add another $117. Hopefully it will arrive
in one piece.
Geeze this car is turning a money pit so far.

Ouch on the shipping! I am surprised the pan is only $144 though. Its important to have it so........
Yes, these cars are quite the tempermental ones!
I spent $1,400US in February on a repair, and just spent $120US on a new coolant hose. Also I have a vacuum leak, so I am going to change IMT o rings, re gasket the upper and lower intake, and while I'm at it, plugs and probably coils, too! ( Then sway bar links, bushes, ball joints, the list goes on.
And when its running well, I just wait for the next issue which is right around the corner, or so it seems...
But.... I really like this car! ( and still cheaper in the long run than car note payments on a new one!)

Yeah, I love this car and own it free and Clear. But its going to need some
of what you are going to fix to. It has 110k on it and still runs great. Was
going to change the oil when I noticed the pan missing.
Have 2 other cars that we own free clear so no worries about making
payments to any bank.

BTW, your belly pan will have a different number since its a STR. It will be close
though. Putting mine up was a bear of a job since the stud hangers had been bent
up out of the way. Had bend them back down to push it back up and talk about
a painful experience getting the holes lines up to get a nut started. Took me forever.
