Handbrake fault

Handbrake fault
Handbrake fault showing and the wheel sensor is fine but I'm wondering if my rear piston is partially seized on that side rear brake ? I'm waiting on the repair kit but I'm sure it's not working correctly. Anybody had this before ? The hand brake works well so I don't know for sure.

Okay charged new battery overnight and showed 13 . 8 volts .no change with car though ! Shows 12.6 volts in normal use and charges at 15 volts .dosnt loose overnight or when standing. Going to check out wiring next motor for handbrake sounds a bit harsh so may be the culprit but does work.

I have a decent code reader and the only thing is the "hand brake fault " showing. Unplugging the module used to remove the warning for a few hours after plugging it back in but that doesn't work anymore !
I checked one side caliper was free and working well but I need to check the other side.
