Headlight bulb upgrade 2000 S Type

Hi

looking through threads I didn’t see anything for upgrades to current headlight bulbs for my 2000 S Type 4L? Is it an easy DIY job? I’m located in Vancouver BC

Brighter bulbs available?

I swapped a set of str headlights in my 2000 stype 4.0. I didn't use the oem ballast I got a nice set of after market d2s bulbs and ballast and wired them in. So much better then the halogen stock. I tried just using the hid kit for the halogen cases but the light output wasn't what I wanted.
