Auto zone printed these 3 codes. Check engine light is on. The car shakes and stutters violently when just started doesn't seem to perform as well.. also oil symbol comes on here and there, and constant coolant loss.. please tell me what steps to take to get this car up to par. ...2004 jaguar s type 3.0.v6

 

What is your oil level like? Where is the coolant leaking from? P0300 and P0301 are pretty common and P1313 is indicating that there is catalytic converter damage from the misfires. I would first find out where the coolant is going (if its a head gasket issue or external) and if there is either sludge buildup, an oil pump problem or a sending unit issue causing the oil light to come on. After figuring those things out, then I would deal with the misfiring which is likely plugs/coils.

 

The oil level is above normal.. almost at max.
I think the coolant is leaking from one of the two hoses right at the top (the one that travels down
And I hope the catalytic converter isn't damaged.. could that be a warning. Or i's that code for certain

 

That code is telling you that the misfire(s) is severe enough to be doing damage to the catalytic converter and should be addressed sooner than later.
