There's a reputable shop in here in ATL that does them realtively inexpensively although that may be a little far from you :P You can by all manners of HID kits and LED kits and install them yourself. My suggestion (if you don't want to DIY)would be to go on craigslist under cars, search for LED or HID headlights. You're likely to find a number of options. Do some research on yelp and kudzu and get it done.

I put Xenon Headlights in my 2000 S-type. I bought the pair on E-bay. I needed the xenon conversion kit since my original lights were Halogens, I also bought those on E-bay.
I got them cheep since I bought a pair with broken adjusters. Since I manufacture the adjusters I just repaired them before I installed them.
