Default Help me find OBD II Location

Hi,

I have an amber check engine light and I am trying to reset it with my OBD ii tool but I can't find the plug in port in my car.

I looked for over 30 mins to no avail

Also, does know why my car keeps on beeping at start up for 30 seconds then stops and restart again at every 30 minutes interval while driving. It sounds like a seat belt beep but I don't think my year (2001) has this seat belt beep yet.

Jaguar S-Type 2001 V6

Thanks
Tim

lay on your back on the driver side floorboard, look to your left and you will see the plug.

On the early cars... maybe under a flap or cover? Probably smaller than your palm so have a hunt around. Maybe near your foot or knee.

Beeping Can indicate it's not fully in park.
