What is low fuel pressure? What is it reading? Do you know what is should read?

You need to fix the pump or restriction first.

Which engine size?

May be worth checking the voltage as you crank, just to be sure it's OK.

Does the 2002 have the fuel pump cut off in the left hand kick pannal ?
I had an 04 v6 trailerd in the other day the fuel pump had failed and it popped the cutoff switch! I reset the switch and the car started fine , but would not then restart hot only when cold and would run untill swiched off again ! Replaced fuel pump and was all good !
