Yes the required bushings are available from your friendly Jaguar dealer. You basically have to drop the sub-frame, press out the damaged bush, press in the new one and away you go.
The rear bush is XR818141 and the front is XR818140.I paid about $80 each.

I install 2 on a 2002 Lincoln LS--not too difficult.

Yes ,they are the same, but you CANNOT purchase from a Ford dealer--the parts are not in their parts catalogue. They will , however, sell you a new sub-frame assembly for about $4000!

Or just buy a new rear sub-frame complete with bushings already fitted.
I paid £173 for a complete sub-frame in January of this year.
Makes life easier to cut the old rusted bolts off and fit new ones.

Default Just brop it partway.

My car is a 2008 so the part number is probably different than yours. I think the process for changing should be similar. I was refurbishing the rear end so I took the bushings out after it was on the ground. If you can get to 8 inch long bolts out that go through the bushings I would just loosen the rears and remove the fronts. You can probably drop the front enough to change the bushings. If you cant turn any of the big bolts don't just keep turning it with a bigger power bar. I broke the bolt off right at the frame which turned the project into a night mare. A bolt I cut the head off rather than break like the other side.
Th sub frame out, ready to reinstall.

The Workshop Manual contains the procedure and torque specifications. It can be obtained from many online vendors:
