HELP - Transmission issues

Have you checked the sleeve for leaks? Any leaks in that sleeve will wreak havoc with the TCM and cause all sorts of issues...

I have replaced the connector sleeve. No leaks from there prior or after replacenent.
My car finally gave me some codes. P0306 (misfite cylinder 6) and P1643 (ecm to tcm communication fault).
I replaced all plugs yesterday and the #6 coil, solved all problems. No more jerking at idle, no more slip, no more squawk. I guess the tranny was getting confused with what the engine was doing.
Hope this helps the next person before ordering a tranny rebuild.
FYI it's an 04XJR. Thanks!

Ok they are not condemning the transmission yet, but they replaced the battery cleared the codes and it's still doing it. They are getting a TCM to the ECM code P1643 (CAN) I believe and they can't determine what is causing it. The fluid is fine and they are perplexed at why a trans with 45k miles would do this.
