Any transmission problem diagnosis should start with ATF level.

Thanks. I have replaced pan and added new fluid. I've check the fluid according to spec a few times. Still having the save symptoms.

Have you checked the sleeve for leaks? Any leaks in that sleeve will wreak havoc with the TCM and cause all sorts of issues...

I have replaced the connector sleeve. No leaks from there prior or after replacenent.
My car finally gave me some codes. P0306 (misfite cylinder 6) and P1643 (ecm to tcm communication fault).
I replaced all plugs yesterday and the #6 coil, solved all problems. No more jerking at idle, no more slip, no more squawk. I guess the tranny was getting confused with what the engine was doing.
Hope this helps the next person before ordering a tranny rebuild.
