High pressure fuel pump for 2.7 deisel S type, 2006 model.i

Can anyone assist i locating this part please.i think the later XF model has the same part.? Can anyone confirm this pleaze..im trying wreckers as well as a new part from china? Japan? Taiwan? A genuine part is no longer available im told & would be way too many $'s if it was..any info will be apprciated..🤔🤷👍
the model no. Ive been given (from wreckers) is..C2C40185..or 4S7Q9B395AL..
