HOW DO YOU CHANGE YOUR FOG LIGHT BULBS? Does the Front Bumper need to come off ?

no remove the front plinth , three twist clips then remove .. and then remove the trim cover .. just pulls off then there are 3 torks screws then take out the hole fog light assembly .. shud take 5 min.
