Decoding a 6 cut tibbe key is pretty easy and with some practice you can break into a transit connect in about 30 seconds or less with the pick tool.

Call around till you find a dealer that has a cutting machine and then they’ll charge 35ish to cut and around 200 to program it. Mobile locksmiths can also do it but prices are about the same.

There are three parts to the s-type 'keys'.
The actual tibbe key blade. That is the easy part!
The transponder in the handle of the tibbe key.
The separate remote key fob.
As far as I know both these last two require re-programming of the car.
I am not sure if it can be done with anything other than the Jaguar SDD software.
Yes, you do need all the keys to add a new one.
