Wrong Forum but I have went thru this before. Do you understand how "Rolling Code" garage door openers work?
Do you know that the "HomeLink" frequency changed over the years. So with all of this info I will cut to the chase to fix your problem.
You probably need this "Homelink Compatibility Bridge kit". Sounds complicated but what happened is all the garage door makers that use the "HomeLink" system went to a different frequency after a certain year. BUT the car companies that offer "HomeLink" like Jaguar (HomeLink is a Ford product and a left over from when Ford owned Jaguar I think?) changed frequencies at differing dates.
Which caused all the problems you are seeing. The kit is easy to get but I found the HomeLink people had it the cheapest at about $25.

Here is the description and believe me I spent hours trying to get it to work before I found this kit. My 2005 S-Type worked fine but when we got my wife a newer 2013 Lincoln MKS and I could never get it to work until I installed this kit.
You will NOT lose the older cars that are already programmed. This kit allows you to use two different frequencies with one garage door opener so all transmitters will now work with the new garage door openers.
HomeLink Compatibility Bridge Kit
The HomeLink Compatibility Bridge Kit is designed to allow compatibility between a new Chamberlain, Sears Craftsman, or LiftMaster garage door opener fitted with a yellow antenna wire and the HomeLink system in your vehicle.
The HomeLink Compatibility Bridge Kit is designed to allow compatibility between a new Chamberlain, Sears Craftsman, or LiftMaster garage door opener fitted with a yellow antenna wire and the HomeLink system in your vehicle. These garage door openers were manufactured in 2011 or later. If your opener does not have a yellow antenna wire or is not one of the brands listed above, please consider purchasing a Universal Receiver to ensure compatibility.
Sales price: $24.99
Sales tax will be applied if applicable
Note the year change over of 2011.
