Hunting Idle and Multiple Codes

I've gone through the forum and read up on possible solutions but I'm still not getting the problem solved and more codes are popping up.
I have a 2000 S-Type 3.0 V6 with a hunting and stumbling problem. Hooked it up to an autologic and this is what came up.
1st TEST
P0171 -- System too lean bank 1
P0174 -- System too lean bank 2
P0304 -- Cylinder 4 Misfire detected B2-C1 V6
P1532 -- Intake manifold communication control B circuit malfunction
ACTION TAKEN
Change upper and lower intake gasket
Replaced missing dipstick
Changed cracked small vacuum hoses, PVC, etc.
Changed spark plugs, air filter, oil filter, fuel filter
Changed oil
Changed both IMT Valve O-Rings and switched the upper IMT to the rear and vice-versa
All COP's from Bank 1 were interchanged with Bank 2 and vice-versa.
Car seems to run fine now and has good power except the hunting idle is still there.
2nd TEST
P0171 -- System too lean bank 1
P0174 -- System too lean bank 2
P1000 -- Check of all OBDII systems is incomplete
P1532 -- Intake manifold communication control B circuit malfunction
P0356 -- Ignition Coil F primary malfunction V6 Cylinder 2/3
SCREENSHOTS OF DIAGNOSTICS

LTFT per bank, engine warm, parked, idle & 2500 rpm should show if it's an air leak - usually is, and is usually the hose under the intake manifold.
edit: P1536 - worth looking up its real meaning and causes in free JTIS / free codes PDF (stickies) as not what you've posted
