Try these guys. I have not worked with them yet but I've heard they do great work.

Being from the Minneapolis area, I've been thinking about looking for an independent now that my car is getting up there is miles. I still go to the Luther dealership (Minneapolis Jaguar Land Rover) for items I can't or don't want to do myself. They are by no means cheap, but they are from what I've heard much better than comparable Mercedes and BMW dealers.
Anyways, a quick search yielded these two as most promising. WARNING: I've never used them, so I cannot vouch for their credibility.
Lehman's Garage - is an authorized Jag body repair center who also does basic maintenance and service. They have a pretty good reputation within the area.
Top Gear Autoworks - is a higher end automotive independent who appears to specialize in Jags. They received mixed review on Google, with most of the poor reviews coming from people looking for automotive detailing. The people who received actual repairs seem to rate them pretty high, especially as far as Jags are concerned.
Good luck and keep us posted on what you purchase. The 2008 STR that the dealer currently has on its lot sure is a tasty morsel

Many thanks to Doryphoros86. He was a true "Spear Bearer"! Not only did Josh suggest PPI possibilities, he even took the time to look over the car I was interested in himself and provided a detailed report on it. For someone to provide such assistance to a total stranger 1,000 miles away...well, that is what makes this Forum such a great resource.
