Intake Manifold Problem!!

Intake Manifold Problem!!
So this past weekend I tried doing some maintenance on my 2001 S-type. I tried to remove the intake manifold and one of the bolts is stripped and will not come out!! I spoke with someone at a Ford Dealership and he stated that in the past they had to buy a new manifold. Is this true? If so, anyone know where I can get one?
I found this one (but it is from overseas and I haven't bought something like this):
eBay - New & used electronics, cars, apparel, collectibles, sporting goods & more at low prices
Thanks!!

Others have had similar-sounding trouble, I think (not my engine so didn't take a ton of notice at the time). Sometimes you can get a bolt/insert out and re-tap or even glue. Have a search of the forum but also try www.jaguarforum.co.uk
Wreckers (scrap yards) will have the parts, you won't need to buy overseas. There are web sites where you input what you want and get back emails offering them. You do need to ask for the right part
Also, check ebay for anyone breaking the equivalent car (1999-2002, dunno if it changed after that).

Just pull the intake up with all but that one bolt removed. The brass insert will come with it. Then take pliers and hold it and unscrew the bolt. It just came unseated from the plastic fuel injection manifold. Epoxy the insert back in the hole with plastic epoxy. Do not use jb weld it doesnt stick to plastic. Make sure you do not get excess epoxy in the threads. Then when you bolt it down put the other bolts in first and put alitttle lube on that one and easily snug it. Youll be fine, fix these like this all the time. Welcome to the wonderfull world of plastics
