Interior lights won't turn off

I have an 02 Jaguar S type 4.0, does anyone know why my interior lights will not turn off? I'm having to pull the fuse to keep them off.

My best guess is that the car thinks one of the doors is ajar...

Ok. How do I go about finding out which door switch it is? Can I use a multimeter?

hi
have you had the interior light off
when you install it, you have to align the pins/connectors if you get it wrong it stays on
just a thought
