iPhone 4 noise in STR

I just upgraded to an iPhone 4 (from original iPhone) and whenever I'm in the car there is a rattle/hum noise in the background. The person on the other end hears it also. And I've called different people while in the car, same noise. Only in my 2005 STR, with no Navigation, and I haven't installed my ACM yet so I'm just using the phone.
What could be interfering with the phone?
Anyone else with an iPhone 4 experiencing this?

Its an Iphone 4 issue, its more subseptable to RF interference, due to the metal band shrouding the anntenae, I noticed that putting my phone in a hard plastic case has reduced the problem, apple really screwed the pooch with this phone. I almost regret getting it, I do love the dual core and the Gobs of RAM this thing has though.

I also have a 2005 S type R but "with" navigation and I get that same stupid noise that i can hear, as well as the person I'm talking to. WHAT IS IT!!!!!
I'm glad to hear it's not only happening because of the nav. I might have to downgrade to a 3GS, my buddy has one and it does not make the noise in my car??
Go Figure!

From the various media reports, it's a fault in the iPhone, originally denied by Apple but now admitted. The link posted in this thread gives some of the details.
