Specifically, do the test of the DCCV as detailed in post #2 in that guide. These valves have a very high failure rate. They are spring-loaded to the open position (full heat) but it's also possible one side is stuck in the closed position.
Also, increase the selected temperature until HI is displayed. This manual mode bypasses most (but not all) of the automatic control functions and is great for troubleshooting. This helps determine if the DCCV is getting a proper command or if the valve is sticking.
