It isn't just idle relearning. It's detailed according to the car so if you really want to know your best bet is probably to join jag's GTR. But just drive it gently and it'll sort it out (providing you have no faults of a type that prevent it).
You really should fill in your car details. Sooner or later someone - quite possibly a tech - will skip your posts because they don't see why they should have to ask you for them.

To do a relearn, start the car, ac off, flash the hi beam (pass lights) headlights 3 times. Press the valet button in(its in the glove box). Now shut the car back off, wait 5 minutes for staibization and then restart. Is idle back to normal????
