Default Key question

Just had the local dealer cut/program the new key & remote. Now the switchblade function is kind of sticky and does not open all the way. Suggestions? How do the 2 parts separate?

You just paid for a service that wasn't to your complete satisfaction? How about simply dumping that key back onto the dealer's table?

That doesn't show how the key section comes apart, but I expect it just snaps open also.
