My first post on this great forum. In the beginning of this year I purchased a 2008 S-type 3.0 with Nav. My dream car and I love it.
My maps are on the older side so I went to navteqs website for the update and the latest they have is 2011-2012 version. Anybody know how long it takes for them to move to the next version? Hate to be that guy that buys it today and tomorrow the newer version is released.

2012 is the final update for that Nav version there is no more.

Anybody have any discount codes or any way for me to pay less than full retail for the last map since it is 2 years old? There is a discount code line but I can't seem to find any online that apply. Thanks!

 

I emailed NavTeq and they confirmed the 2011-2012 wil be the last of the updates for the S-Type. They also confirmed there are no promotions or discount codes currently available. Not even to incentivise not having to use my Garmin.
