Hi Clubairth1,
Sorry I can't see your pictures yet as there seems to be a block on what I can look at until the account is setup, or something like that. Think I have to have 10 posts before you have full access to things.
Yes I like zircon blue, an old traditional colour Jaguar used on the Mk2 and original S-Type's years ago.
Thanks for the reply and hope to be able to see your cars photos soon.

Was bored and gave mine a really good cleaning yesterday so I snapped a few more shots. Figured I'd add them to the thread.

Thanks here is the process I use when I give her a wax. Sometimes I put more coats of the Zaino just depends on what it looks like. I always start with the Z-5 and how ever many coats of that I use I do the same amount in the Z-2.
Process: wash and dry, wet a panel at a time and clay bar with Zaino clay bar, wash again and dry, then one coat of Zaino Z-2, let sit for 2 hours wipe then detail spray with Lucas detail mist, then one coat of Zaino Z-5 let sit for 2 hours and wipe then detail spray with Lucas detail mist one more time. Thats what I did here and this was the result.

Hi Vance,
Thank you for the details on how you achieve the excellent appearance of your car.
Obviously it entails a lot of patience and hard work. However the result is well worth the effort.
Thanks again for the information
Regards,
Inver.

No problem I'm always messing with different detailing techniques. I used to detail cars a few years ago. This is my technique as of about a year ago. I've used it on silver, black, and now my quartz. I just now switched to Lucas detail spray after trying severals bottles of other stuff and I think that the Lucas is the best one I've used so far. If I change it up anymore I'll definitly share with the forum and post up pics.

Beautiful car man, these cars are meant to have 19s. Quick question, when you painted the lights on the front and rear bumper, does light still shine through? I think you may have covered this before, but figured I could just ask. Also, when they light up, can you see it during the day? Does it look somewhat cheap with the lights on with paint over them? Last question ha, is it normal paint?

I did not like the way the lights looked at night and just removed the bulbs. They looked real dim during the day, but I'm sure if you replace the bulbs with LEDs, the result will be much better.
The bodyshop did use a special paint for lenses.

Gorgeous car man! I just have three questions for you; is that lower mesh grill from Mina gallery? Secondly where can I get those lower add on led fog lights from?lastly did you custom make those side mirrors with turn signal lights on them? Or you got them made with the lights on them?
Thanks in advance for sharing!
Cheers!

I purchased the LEDs from a local auto parts store (Advance Auto Parts).

The side mirrors are from Arden. I had a local shop paint and install them for me.
