The spec plate listing the color code is inside the driver side A-pillar... check there.

interesting... yours appears to be missing the STR rear lip wing...

Looks like ultraviolet (I know, silly name).
Email jag via their web site with the VIN and ask for car full build details - usually arrives a day or two later

I also wondered about the lack of rear wing and no leaping mascot on the bonnet , asked the guy I bought the car from re those - evidently in South Africa the emblem was an option and he claimed he got the Vehicle without the rear wing when buying it new( I can have a jag one fitted at a cost of Round 450 quid , but it's not worth while for me)
The boot lid does not seem to have holes or marks or anything where one was fitted ..car is accident free. as well?

My paint/trim code is on the passengers side , paint JJM , Adriatic Blue.
I will mail Jag with the vin code -

Took the car out for our local once a month end V8 "go somewhere nice for lunch" run
I didnt cane it much and we were running at about 140kph highway and a little bit of town driving , a 120km trip and I got a VERY respectable 11.5l/100km consumption

Only thing that worried me is that after about 50km of highway driving (nioce and cold) and around 5km of slow in town driving , the aircon became almost ineffective, blowing warmish air. I switched it on and off , tried manual modes , recirc on/off.. no joy to getting it really cold

On the trip back , which was mainly highway , it returned to normal..should I be concerned , it was a hot day out with 33c temps and higher..? a symptom of something about to go wrong? Cars heat gauge was normal and didnt rise at all. Dead centre.
One of the guys brought his 2013 Shelby 500 super snake -an 850 hp supercharged beast.. maybe my lowly 4.2 SC jag had ***** envy?

They do look nice. Did it change the exhaust sound at all? Or is a full exhaust replacement needed to alter the sound?

Heat might relate to DCCV - see threads about diagnosing, fixing etc. If it is that, don't ignore it as then it damages the RCCM as well

Yeh , I looked at a Jag aircon/heating site ..
DIY: Diagnose It Yourself - JaguarClimateControl.com ...kinda angst filling..
But my system did not blow hot , the warmish air I was referring to was still a bit lower or equal to ambient air outside - ie there was no more "cold"
Will monitor it and see if it happens again and if so , will book it into the local Jag franchise.

Yes it most definitely changed the sound, more meaner think of Mustang Cobra sound. I replaced the stock CATS with Hi Flow CATS stayed with the stock piping size and changed the mufflers to Magnaflows and of course Resonators deleted.

I have a similar setup, except with deleted mufflers and Magnaflow resonators (basically mufflers where the resonator would be). You can search my youtube videos as I have plenty of them from inside and out; albeit with a GoPro 2 which isn't the greatest at recording quality sound:

They are OEM HID, the bulbs may be replacements but I haven't looked.
