Could be corrosion due to that water. I'd take apart ground/chassis, clean and reconnect. Same with any other big feeds where possible. Could be worth swapping fuses & relays or at least reseating each a few times.

If you do have a power/ground problem there won't necessarily be any codes or they may be weird and no help.
