Lifeguard transmission fluid?

- I assume youve got a ZF transmission -
tho i heard people using ZF lifeguard fluid in the ford one too.
Use either the ZF or Shell version in america or the ZF lifeguard version in europe. Its the same oil.
i dont know if jaguar braded it too, but as long as its the same oil is ok.
dont use other brads, regardless of how compatible they are. As far as i understood this is some sort of a coca cola like secret formula
and only do classic gravity fluid 'change'.
dont do flush methods with no device.
and also respect the ZF protocol with the temperatures and gear shifts
