The cigarette lighter in the front console of my 00 s-type 4.0 is not working. It's the only one in the car which kinda sucks. I don't smoke or anything but I would like to use it so I can plug up my ipod. If anybody has one you know the Ipod batteries suck. Could it be just a fuse that's blown. If so, where can I locate it to change it out and what size fuse do I need?

i also have a oo 4.0 and my lighter does not work sometimes, usually to get it to work i plug in whatever device im using (radar detector) and wiggle it and it works

 

You have interior fuses, engine bay fuses and trunk fuses. I think the one for the lighter is in the trunk, so get back there and start looking for blown fuses.
