Hi, I have a '99 S-Type and am having very similar issues.
I have removed actuators on three doors (after removing windows etc.) and mechanically they are fine, but the micro-swiches signals (back to the DDCM) do not seem to getting processed correctly... i.e. sending signals to the actuator motors at the 'correct' time... I am begining to suspect the DDCM but do not yet know how to proove that the DDCM is the cause of the issues or not...
