Default Lots of White Smoke

I have a 2001 S Type with 107000 on it, that I bought new.

It began to run rough, lose power and the the check engine light came on and than began to blink..

The car was checked out and I was told the following:

Trouble codes:
P0303 - cyl #3 Misfire
P0305 - cyl #5 Misfire
P0606 - cyl #6 Misfire
P1383 - Over Retarded Camshaft Timing
P1388 - Over Retarded Camshaft timing
P1588 - Throttle Return Spring

The following is a list of the repair shops recommendations:

1. Replace all Spark Plugs and Ignition coils
2. Replace IMRC Seals

So as any good backyard mechanic would do, I proceded to replace the coils and plugs myself! After 4 hours of work, the plugs and coils were replaced and I started the engine. It ran strong and smooth for about 10 seconds and than began to run rough and bellows of white smoke began to come out of the rear exhaust pipes?

Does anyone have any thoughts, other than "what an idiot"!
All help would be greatly appreciated!

White smoke! Coolant leak. What did you remove that had water associated with it?

Thxs for the relay.

I agree, I think water/anti freeze is getting into the intake manifold. The only thing that had water associated with it that we toched is the pipes that carry the water to the manifold for for the quick warm up. I have checked them and they look correct.
