The OEM ones drive me crazy only had the car for 2 weeks and I sit in traffic everyday coming home from work and all I hear is click click click from the dang thing. This is my first mod and will probably be my favorite so I can get some quiet time.

i ordered a set for my 07 s type which i traded it in for 2011 xj while i had it at the dealer cuz one lug was stripped and couldnt get off. while there i told dealer i wouldnt buy the car unless they could replace the OEM lugnuts on the 2011 xj because they too had the 2 piece crappy lugnuts. i was in luck the set i had ordered fit the new car. just want to give a heads-up that even the new xj has the crappy lugnuts. i ordered from Rockauto and one came defective and 4 others had blemishes...called them and they sent replacements free of charge and didnt have to send defective ones back.

The Dorman part number is #611117. You have to search the part number at Rock Auto as they wont list it for the Jaguar. Also if you get them make sure you get something like this. Amazon.com: Gorilla Automotive 1721 Telescoping Power Wrench - Standard Socket: Automotive
Since those lugnuts are a different size your stock lug nut wrench in the trunk will no longer take them off so you can throw that in your trunk in case of a flat. It will come with 4 sizes so it will work on pretty much every lugnut out there. I have the standard and it works fine on the STR. So it is your preference if you want the standard or thin walled. Will probably depend on what other cars you have in your fleet.
Here is a comparision of the stock vs the Dormans.
Here is the stock on my car when I first got it.
And this is after they were install you cant really tell except they are a little shinier.

I was quite disappointed to be honest. Its not like I have any wrench nicks on them from rotating the tires . The ends (caps) seem to have corroded the worst, which makes no sense to me given that they were 6-7 months old throughout the winter months. Oh well...

Bull,
Perhaps your experience can be chalked up to the New England winters, or perhaps mediocre quality is also in play here. My Mitsubishi lug nuts purchased from the local Chrysler dealership in January 2010 have held up extremely well on our S-Type. No rust anywhere on them the last time I rotated the tires (not quite two weeks ago). We do get multiple winter snows here, and the DOT does spread salt brine on our main roads. But our S-Type stays safely at home during snow-and-ice weather. That could also be working in my favor....

Gorilla make quality products. Dod not know they made nuts that fit our vehicles. May look into those. One freaking year and these Dormans look terrible. Mind you, I do not let the salt sit on the Jag, I wash 1-2 a week, especially after driving on salted roads.

I found this thread with a Toyota part number of 90942-01033. The only issue was when I called the dealership, they wanted $7.00 each!!!!

I checked on eBay and found a seller who gets his lugs from the dealer. He emailed me and informed me that they are take-offs from the dealer. The dealer takes them off to put aftermarket wheel on the cars but can't sell them as new since they were on the car from the factory, so he buys them in bulk.
I will try them and report back once they arrive.
