Is this what you need? See figure 03.1, towards the upper right of the page:

i found the diagram thanks.........but i noticed I have "2 green and white wires" why??? all the other colors seem to match up...someone did an engine job and repalced the maf connetor and all the wires recently can apart..........i actaully unplugged the maf sensor and car idles more smoothly and actaully runs much better,No b w what??

Thank you for your help the code I am still getting is P0103 And like I said earlier If I unplug it the car runs smoothly and idle smoothly Is still wondering why I have 2 green and white wires in the harness for the maf I would like to confirm that I have the wiring Right before moving on

Are you positive you're working on the correct sensor? Does it has 5 wires as shown on the wiring diagram?
When the sensor is disconnected, do you get any additional codes? (Don't be like me and just respond, "Yes", but rather tell us the codes...) This would help confirm you've working on the right sensor.
Where did you get the replacement sensor? OEM? No-name Chinese part on eBay? Some of the latter are notorious for poor quality, even when new.
Did you order the replacement by description (i.e. MAF sensor)? Or by the number on the part in front of you?
The wire colors not matching? This may not be a big deal. Jaguar may have made some minor changes to the harness, or used a different vendor. Minor changes like that don't always get well documented, especially near the end of a production run. (I worked in technical publishing for 5 years and can vouch for this.) The proof is how the wires are connected, so you'd have to check them back to specific pins on the ECM to be sure.
Some recent history of the car would help, too. Is this a derelict dragged from a field and you're trying to bring it back to life? Or did this belong to a retired electrical engineer and this was his baby until he passed away, and you bought this cream puff from his widow? Something in between?
When did the problem first occur? If the car had been driven some time with the existing wiring, and had no faults until just recently, you can at least be sure the wiring was connected correctly. There could be a new fault such as a broken wire or a short to ground, but it's not going to be a miswiring problem.
Is that enough questions for ya?

I'm sorry I have been a mechanic for the past 40 years I know what a mass air flow sensor looks like I also get a code P0102 when it when it is unplugged so obviously I am working on the right sensor I ordered an install the same sensor that has been in there for the past 5 years Reason I changed it is because It has an erratic idol is attic idle and it keeps throwing code P0103

You also have once again not managed to answer some of the questions put to you:
1. You ordered and install(ed) the same sensor; okay, was it original Jaguar, Denso, a reputable OEM like Delphi, or from the Sum Ting Wong parts factory in Shan Dung, China?
2. You have been asked if there are other codes present
3. You have been asked if all the emissions readiness flags have been set - "Which of P1000 / P1111 do you have?"
We respect that you have been a mechanic for a long time, but the above are legitimate questions and without answers, it is like you are expecting us to describe a full room via looking through a keyhole...
