Default Mina gallery intake..now running lean code?!?! HELPPPPP

hey guys im new here, but ive been on other forums for other vehicles...i need a little help with my new car. ive got an 06 str with 40k on it. i recently purchased a mina galleries intake for the car, and i removed the factory flex pipe and baffled intake elbow and replaced them with a straight through aluminum elbow. looks way better and cleans up under the hood great. well after about two days of driving and listening to that supercharger howling i got a check engine light and scanned the car for codes. it came up that system was too lean....ive searched on here and and havent seen anyone else needing to do anything for extra fuel with an intake. so does anybody have any info or advice they can give me a hand here with please????

Could be because of the hot air.

Actually, you also need to reset the ECU. Disconnect the battery and touch neg and pos cables (from the car) together and it will reset it.

Get rid of that power reducing "Warm Air Intake! Switch to a power producing "Mafioso" air intake elbow.

Dear Mafioso, XMas is around the corner and your elbow would look great under my tree...

I did reset the ecu when o first installed the intake. And I researched the other intake. I don't know what to do no that I already purchased the mina intake. It ran great and then all of a sudden I got a check engine. This sucks.

You have to re-check your install. The tube that runs from the intake to the drivers side cam cover and connection to the MAF must be leak proof or a vaccume leak will lean out the mixture....
