Seth, you get your cat back from the shop yet? I think you will love that Mina Intake with your stage 1!

My car is at the body shop again this week found a spot on the drivers rear quarter panel that was peeling about the size of a quarter but didnt want it getting worse so in she went full respray of the quarter panel, hopefully will get it back before the weekend...

Still have that EGR pipe issue to resolve too, so looks like a few more trips to the shop before its all done...

Chris, they now have the front and rear bumper covers off to sand then spray, and repainting wheels. Bodyshop projects end of next week. He'll engineer the HID lamps to fit the fog lamp housing. Let you know how and post it to help you out. Waiting for the HID parking lamps to arrive. He'll also install Mina intake. Then like yours, off to the indy Jag mechanic to smoke her to confirm what we believe to be a front passenger side intake manifold gasket leak (hissing). Will send blower to Stiegiemier for rebuild/port if it comes off. Thanks for checking in and good luck with 1/4 panel spray.

Caldoofy is making a really nice polished aluminum elbow shipped to the US for $220 bucks! Its really top quality and has the connector for the oil breather welded in place so its a direct fit!

See the thread below for more details but PM Caldoofy and he will send you payment instructions!

Might as well complete the improved breathing via a Mina intake ($135).

+1 on that! I love the Mina Kit!! I have had it on for a few months now and all I can say is WOW!!! Everyone goes on and on about the intake pulling in heat from the engine bay and the stock box is a cold air induction etc etc...

I had the K&N flat panel and I can tell you cold air / hot air... all I can say is I have experienced definite and substantial throttle response / improvement since I ditched the stock box and bolted on the Mina.

If you have doubts / questions on the Mina Intake and the cold air hot air debate give Chris at Mina a call and talk it through with him. They have really engineered this thing well and its got a very nice heat shield to help with that hot air issue!

How long did it take to install the Mina + Stage 1 caldoofy items? Are they relatively easy to just bolt on?

So easy a caveman could do it. Even if you have no mechanical ability, it shouldn't take any longer than an hour.

+1. Very straight forward non-complex install. Both intake elbow and Mina intake are good for 20+ rwhp/trq. and improved throttle response.

Awesome. I'll be investing in one shortly then

My Rangy has quite poor throttle response, which can be interesting when pressing on.
