Glad to see you took it to the track. Many moons ago in AZ, there was a stock STR running 14.0's....too bad.

So am I crazy to ask what your ran?

Nice job out reactioning the STI, but dare I say it looks like his top end caught up with you at the very end?

Budget pending, looking forward to a 1.5lb pulley and running in the deep of december at the track as well.

He did out-trap me, but I still got him by .25 in the ET. The signs near the end of the run are past the 1/4 mile mark. I ran a 13.8 @101 with a DA (density altitude) of around 7600 feet and a decent head-wind. Adjust to sea level and its a high 12 second pass adding about 6-7 mph in trap speed. Get a tail-wind instead and who knows.

Awesome quartz! R U running stock boxes? Cause the beast sounds mean from the outside. See what I mean guys... the 3 lb pulley puts almost all the hp and trq. on the bottom for a very hard pull off the line.

I was on stock boxes for the runs on Wednesday. I am part way through an exhaust makeover right now trying to get a better tone, less rasp, and a little more noise. I went staight-piped this morning but I will be adding resonators next week just past the x-pipe. The pulley is a huge advantage in low rpm torque, I only had him by .2 in the 60', then over .6 by 330' and held that all the way to the 1/8th mile. By then, it was too much of an advantage for the subbie to overcome.

Figured I post up my other runs. If anybody is sure about the model year of my opponents, feel free to chime in .

I did make one pass in the right lane, but I spun the launch, 1st gear, 2nd gear and into 3rd gear so I didn't save that video.

There's always someone faster, that's for sure! There was a bright orange new SRT-8 Challenger with a few bolt-ons; but the best I saw him go was a 14.1. I used to always seem to get lined up those gutted Civics/Mirages etc. on drag radials that run their 11 second passes, now its more of a mixed bag. There was probably close to 300 cars there on Wednesday, so it was all random.

That bright colored Mopar would see a green STR leave it in the dust if Mike gave her hi-flow cats, x-pipe, and 3 lb pulley.
