P1254 EMS
OBD II
Throttle “limp home” spring
malfunction
Idle engine
Switch OFF ignition for 10
seconds
Start engine and repeat
2 R ECM Default:
– Vehicle speed limited
– Throttle opening limited to
30%
– Speed control inhibited
— Throttle limp home spring failure

P111 is just "system ready"

Default RE: my first set of error codes

Yesterday it rained pretty hard while i was driving, today nice and sunny so i washed JUST the wheels.

2 hours after i start the car and get restricted performance right away, drove it anyway with 2 restarts and the message went away and car started to drive fine, however check engine light remained on, even though the car drove fine. Went to autozone and it showed the same set of error codes p1111 and p1254.

Since the floor of my trunk is slightly wet it must be water related, but what can i check for water intrusion?
