Default mysterious fuel problem issues

I've search many threads and cant find similar situation. 2003 jag s-type 4.2L. I'm getting p1338, P0191, B1582, B1260, And b1647. I pulled into the gas station the other day car running fine. Filled up half way. Then started and spuddered out like it out of fuel. Now it won't start at all unless it running on carb cleaner. All fuses are good and relay is good. I replaced the fuel filter and the fuel pump (with a used one 6month warranty from a running car) I'm not getting fuel to the rail or the filter. I just tried to run the pump out side the tank and it isn't turning on. Ideas anyone pleeees!!!

Do you mean you ran it out of the tank but still using the car's feed? If so, it is via the driver module. Try it with a brief 12V feed to the pump. If it spins, the module (or wiring or fuse etc) is bad. If not, the pump is bad.

Sounds like your "used" fuel pump is DOA...

There are 4 prongs on the inside of the harness on the pump. What one is positive and what one is negative. I don't what to hook it up wrong.

Look at JTIS wiring schematic. Also, testing procedures as well for fuel pump issues.
