I know its been asked and answered before, but I can not seem to find the old post where it was..
Do any of you know the part numbers for the 2003+ S-Type navigation DVD? (Denso, Alpine, Jaguar)
I know you can order it directly from NavTeq for $200+, but I was trying to find it cheaper..

The Jaguar part number on my original NAV DVD is 1X4310E898BA. The Denso number is 464210-5010.

 

Thanks 03, do you happen to know the number for the new 2008 updated DVD thats compatible with S-Types?

all the s type compatible dvds have 1x43-10e898-ba thru bg part numbers.
bg is the latest i heard about copyrighted 2007 by denso and 2007 by navteq.
bf came before that and is copyrighted 2006 denso and 2005 navteq.

if you have access to a used latest bg or newer i would be interested.

 

They've updated! 1X43-10E898-BH is available now from NAVTEQ. I ordered mine Monday and got it Wednesday.

There appears to be a firmware update as the disc appeared to take longer than normal to upload and it said, "Please don't turn off the ignition while update is in progress." Anyway, all seems to be in order.
