Default Need help with my 2003 s type

hello,

I have been having problems with my 2003 jaguar s-type's transmission. It started with needing a new engine since i blew out my original engine. After we replaced the engine, my transmission would not let my car turn on saying the transmission failed. We took it to a mechanic that specialises in transmissions and he now is telling me the car wont get out of parking mode and also that my emergency brake will not come off.

Did you replace the motor or unplug/plug anything with the battery connected? If so first do a hard reset.

They have done a hard reset already. I have taken it to a transmission specialist as well and they have emptied the transmission fluid looked inside, replaced a module and put all back together and it is still doing the same thing.
